By accessing or using the services of Sally Tomatoes ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (TOS). If you do not agree to these TOS, please do not use our services.

  1. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these TOS at any time without notice. Your continued use of the service after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised TOS.

  1. Registration and Account Security

To book our event center or catering services, users may be required to provide certain personal information. Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • Maintain the security of their account and identification.

  • Promptly update the account to keep it accurate and complete.

  • Accept all risks of unauthorized access to the account.

  1. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Use the services for any illegal purposes.

  • Transmit unauthorized promotional materials or spam.

  • Introduce viruses, worms, or harmful code.

  1. Reservations and Cancellations

For reservations, a deposit may be required. Detailed cancellation policies will be provided during the booking process, and users are required to agree to these policies before confirming a reservation.

    • Collection and Use of Data: By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect, use, and store your personal data, including but not limited to email addresses, phone numbers, and other contact details.     • Text Message Communications: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive promotional or informational text messages from us. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. You can opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message or by contacting us directly.

  2. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services without prior notice for conduct that we believe violates this TOS or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sally Tomatoes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

  1. Governing Law

These TOS and any dispute or claim arising from them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
