Cancellations & Refund Policy
At Sally Tomatoes Catering and Event Center, we aim to offer flexibility while maintaining fairness in our policies. Please carefully review the details below regarding cancellations and refunds:

Full Refunds:
- A full refund is available for cancellations made **up to 72 hours before** the scheduled delivery or pick-up date.

Partial Cancellations:
- Partial cancellations are allowed **up to 72 hours before** the scheduled order. The same policy applies as with full cancellations.
50% Cancellation Fee:
- For cancellations made **between 72 and 24 hours** before the order date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to cover food and staffing costs.

Non-Refundable Orders:
- **No refunds** will be provided for cancellations made **within 24 hours** of the scheduled order, as preparations are already underway.

Customer Errors:
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all details in their orders are correct. **We are not responsible for incorrect orders** made by the customer.
- Refunds will not be provided for errors made by the customer if the request is made less than 72 hours or on the day of delivery. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at 707-665-9472.

Refund Request Process:
- To request a refund, please call 707-665-9472 as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed within **5-7 business days** of the request.

Force Majeure:
- In the event of a force majeure, such as a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstances, Sally Tomatoes reserves the right to modify or suspend this refund policy.
