For Pick Up and Delivery Orders
Refunds and Cancellations
10% Cancellation Fee
A 10% fee applies to all cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup. This covers non-refundable processing fees.

50% Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made within 72 to 24 hours before delivery or pickup will incur a 50% cancellation fee to account for food waste, ingredient costs, and labor planning.

Non-Refundable
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery or pickup are non-refundable, as preparations are already underway.

Partial Cancellations
Partial cancellations are allowed and follow the same fee structure and timeframes as full cancellations.

Customer Errors
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details.
– We are not responsible for customer-submitted order errors.
– Refunds will not be issued for errors reported less than 72 hours before delivery or on the day of the event.

Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact us at 707-665-9472 as soon as possible. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Force Majeure
In the event of a natural disaster or other unforeseeable circumstances, Sally Tomatoes reserves the right to modify or suspend this refund policy.
